Terms of Use

The App is designed to connect independent cyclists and facilitate sharing ride information. It allows users to:

• Publish ride details (time, route, pace, etc.)
• Browse and join rides shared by others
• Download GPX files for personal use

The App does not organize, sponsor, or promote any public gathering or event. All rides displayed on the App are independently created and managed by users, under their sole responsibility.

The App acts strictly as a neutral intermediary platform between cyclists. We provide a space for sharing information, but:

• We are not a party to any ride or agreement between users
• We do not verify users, routes, or safety conditions
• We do not assume any responsibility for the organization, logistics, safety, or legal compliance of rides

By using the App, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your participation in any ride.

You agree to:

• Comply with traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure your bicycle and equipment are in safe condition
• Ride responsibly and courteously toward others
• Avoid publishing misleading, illegal, or inappropriate content

It is strictly prohibited to use the App to organize or promote public gatherings that require authorization under local laws.

Cycling involves inherent risks. By participating in a ride, you accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

The App and its operators cannot be held liable for any accident, injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the platform or participation in rides shared through it.

Users are responsible for all content they publish, including routes, GPX files, descriptions, messages, club posts, reviews, and profile information. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

The App includes user-generated content (rides, clubs, messages, posts, reviews, and profiles). There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You must not post, share, or send content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise objectionable. You must not abuse, threaten, or harass other users.

Reporting and blocking. You can report objectionable content and block abusive users from within the App. Blocking a user immediately hides that user’s content from your feed and notifies our moderation team.

Moderation. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behaviour. When a violation is confirmed, we will remove the offending content and/or eject (suspend or deactivate) the user who provided it within 24 hours of receiving the report.

We respect your privacy. Profile information (display name, location, units, etc.) is used only to personalize your experience and show relevant rides. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
